‌High-temperature stability: The mechanical properties remain stable below 400℃, with a tensile strength of ≥ 300 MPa, suitable for high-temperature conditions. ‌

‌Corrosion resistance: Excellent performance in seawater, acidic media, and high-temperature steam, especially resistant to erosion by scouring and cavitation.

‌Processing characteristics: The heat processing temperature is 750 - 850℃, avoiding grain boundary embrittlement; after cold processing, annealing treatment is required.

The resistivity of the high-conductivity aluminum bronze circular plate is usually between 0.5 and 0.8 Ω·mm²/m, and the electrical conductivity is approximately 15% to 25% IACS (standard for annealed copper electrical conductivity). This means that although the high-conductivity aluminum bronze circular plate is not a copper alloy with conductivity, its electrical conductivity is sufficient to meet the requirements of most industrial electrical applications.
