The C18000 chromium-zirconium copper block is a precipitation hardening alloy material based on copper (Cu). Its comprehensive performance is optimized by adding elements such as chromium (Cr) and zirconium (Zr).
Product forms: copper rods, copper tubes, copper plates, copper sleeves, copper wires, copper ring parts, copper forgings.
The C18000 copper products we produce eliminate all kinds of defects such as pores and cracks. We have independently developed a variety of new C18000 copper products, with each piece weighing up to 1300 kilograms.
The typical composition of C18000 chromium-zirconium-copper is as follows:
Copper (Cu): ≥ 97.0% (matrix, to ensure conductivity and processing properties);
Chromium (Cr): 0.6% - 1.2% (enhances hardness and resistance to high-temperature oxidation)
Zirconium (Zr): 0.1% - 0.25% (for grain refinement and to prevent high-temperature softening);
Other components: May contain trace amounts of impurities such as iron (Fe) and silicon (Si), with a total content of less than 1.0% (please refer to specific standards for details).
1.The C18000 material possesses high strength and hardness, excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, good wear resistance and anti-wear properties. After undergoing aging treatment, its hardness, strength, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity all significantly increase, and it is also easy to be welded.
2. The C18000 chromium-copper material exhibits excellent properties such as high hardness, good wear resistance, anti-explosion capability, anti-cracking ability, and high softening temperature. During welding, the electrode loss is minimal, the welding speed is fast, the total welding cost is low, and it is suitable for use as the electrode for fusion welding machines for related pipe fittings. However, its performance is average when applied to electroplated workpieces.
