The conductive C18200 zirconium-copper rod is a copper alloy with excellent wear resistance, high hardness, good electrical conductivity and excellent anti-reversal ability. The C18200 zirconium-copper rod has good rigidity and the thin sheets are not prone to bending. The C18200 zirconium-copper rod is an ideal material processing electrode. Its density is 8.95 g/cm³, the electrical conductivity exceeds 43 MS/m, the softening temperature exceeds 550℃, and the C18200 zirconium-copper rod is suitable for welding electrical electrodes, motor rectifier sheet and other high-temperature parts operating at a temperature below 350℃.

The C18200 zirconium-copper rod has good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, but it has low hardness and is prone to wear. The brass is enriched with zinc elements, which enhances its strength and hardness, and thus can be applied to higher welding temperatures and frequent welding processes. The conductive C18200 zirconium-copper rod has better wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for welding scenarios requiring higher wear resistance.
