High-temperature stability

The working temperature can reach 200°C. Above this temperature, other materials (such as beryllium copper) need to be selected. Its thermal expansion coefficient is 9.1×10⁻⁶ /°C (68°F to 572°F), and it is suitable for precision industrial applications.

Organizational structure:

The C72900 copper-nickel-tin alloy rod is strengthened through metastable decomposition (Spinodal Decomposition), forming a nanoscale amplitude decomposition structure (the coherent precipitated phases of Ni and Sn in the Cu-based solid solution), significantly enhancing the strength and hardness of the C72900 copper-nickel-tin alloy rod while maintaining good toughness.
