The characteristics of uW65 tungsten-copper alloy rod:

The CuW65 tungsten-copper alloy rod is a composite material resistant to high-temperature burning. It is made by high-temperature infiltration of metal tungsten and copper powder. It features a high melting point, high specific heat, and high wear resistance, and possesses excellent thermal and electrical conductivity.

The CuW65 tungsten-copper alloy rod has the following advantages:

1. High hardness and low consumption, allowing for the reduction of electrode length.

2. High conductivity, fast processing speed.

3. The combination of high hardness and high conductivity makes tungsten-carbon steel materials that are usually difficult to be electroplated become easily processable.

4. High tensile strength, suitable for processing complex shapes.

5. Even after long-term electroplating, the shape of the copper workpiece can still be maintained intact, thus ensuring high mold precision.

6. Uniform structure, small contact surface loss.

7. High stability during high-speed operation.

The applications of CuW65 tungsten-copper alloy rods:

1. Electro-discharge machining for high-speed steel tungsten carbide molds.

2. Porous electro-discharge machining.

3. Complex model electro-discharge machining.

4. Precision electro-discharge machining.
