Nickel copper B19 is a binary alloy with copper as the matrix and containing nickel (or cobalt). It belongs to the category of structural white copper. Its chemical composition is mainly copper, with nickel (or cobalt) content ranging from 18.0% to 20.0%, and the contents of elements such as zinc, lead, and iron are limited.
The B19 copper products we produce eliminate all kinds of defects such as pores and cracks. We have independently developed a variety of new B19 copper products, with each piece weighing up to 1300 kilograms.
B19 is a copper nickel binary alloy. It has good chemical stability in various corrosive media, and the alloy has sufficient plasticity, allowing for satisfactory cold and hot processing. Its welding performance is also good.
B19 ordinary white copper is a copper-nickel alloy with high corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties. Its outstanding strength and plasticity, combined with its wide processing versatility, have enabled it to be applied in various industrial fields with high performance requirements.
The chemical composition (by mass%) of ordinary B19 brass is as follows:
Copper Cu: 100%
It provides the matrix of the material, giving good thermal conductivity, plasticity and corrosion resistance.
Nickel + Cobalt NiCo: 18.0 - 20.0
Nickel is the main alloying element, forming an uniform solid solution with copper, which enhances strength, hardness and corrosion resistance, while also improving stability at high and low temperatures.
